⁃ Assessment and reports for home and living supports including Supported Independent Living (SIL) Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Plan review
⁃ Capacity Building for people with traumatic injury, amputation,spinal cord injury, neurological disabilities including stroke, progressive and degenerative conditions, cerebral palsy and Spina Bifida
⁃ Collaboration with you and your providers and supports as required
